All parcels need to be signed for, the best way to receive your goods if you are not around are, get a neighbour to sign or get the goods delivered to your place of work or a relatives house.

Where possible we send out products in there original packaging as this is more environmentally friendly and produces less waste for landfill sites, as we do not have to use additional packaging which would be normally thrown away. We are active in reducing carbon emissions.
We put extra brown or clear tape around the boxes to give the parcels extra strength during transit as the manufacturers only use one layer of tape. If the parcel had one layer of tape and it split, the entire contents would fall out of the box. We have been successfully doing it this way for a long time.
All products sold by us to you are brand new and factory sealed, WE NEVER SEND OUT RETURNED GOODS
as parts may be missing and this wastes your time and our time trying to resolve these issues and can ruin your purchasing experience from us, we do not want bad feedback at all.
“Can you Install our new Saniflo”
If your location is within or around the London M25 we can install your new Saniflo for you. We can install your new Saniflo same day or next day depending on our workload. After installation we will sign your 2 years manufactures guarantee card. Email us for a FREE QUOTE. Please provide as much information as possible.
At the moment we only install Saniflo’s that are replacing old units and have all the necessary plumbing in place.
“I can’t process my order”
